The maintenance knew exactly what was wrong, he came prepared to fix it immediately, and was very friendly to myself and my dogs. Thank you

Derik is very professional, smart, friendly and extremely helpful.

Just wanted to say a special thanks to Casey, since day one , She went over and beyond to make the process goes smoothly. And also we says thanks to Tatyana. We loves our apartment.

Thank you so much. When he said he was here with a new washer and dryer, I was never so excited about having a new one, took 6 years of every maintenance person to figure it out but I’ve never been happier, thank you Casey, you sure make sure things get done since I last talk to you, so excited .Living with that smell was horrible, but again thank you so much.
