I assume it was Scott that changed out my shower head. I wasn't home at the time but was very happy to see it had been done. Scott is very knowledgeable and kind, and does the work quickly and well. You have an excellent employee there and I hope you appreciate him as much as I do.

A great job was done right away when we had no hot water

I was judged from the moment she meet me. She looked me up and down. Was rude never got to see the apartment. Also she was coughing into one hand and never used hand sanitizer. Then proceeded to give me her business card with the hand she was coughing in. This was a terrible experience for the first time visiting the property. I feel like it’s racial profiled
