I much appreciate the maintenance team. We haven’t always had a team like this that cares and is good at their job.

I was in the hospital during the move, but my son and some friends handled everything perfectly.

The maintenance team that has been performing since our past manager Melvin put in place has been doing the best job. I hope it continues, even though Melvin has left. It seems like when a manager leaves everybody else in the team leaves too. I hope that’s not the case with this maintenance team. They have been doing their job from my perspective.

Yes, your maintenance team is always spot on, I trust them when I’m not home, and hope this helps realize how professional they are as a team, always happy with their work. Especially Bob .

Dave and Scot are very good at their jobs

There is what appears to be mold in the closet where the work was performed. Not sure if that was taken care of?
