The maintenance team that has been performing since our past manager Melvin put in place has been doing the best job. I hope it continues, even though Melvin has left. It seems like when a manager leaves everybody else in the team leaves too. I hope that’s not the case with this maintenance team. They have been doing their job from my perspective.

Yes, your maintenance team is always spot on, I trust them when I’m not home, and hope this helps realize how professional they are as a team, always happy with their work. Especially Bob .

There is what appears to be mold in the closet where the work was performed. Not sure if that was taken care of?

Recommend a possible communication to let resident know that the work request was received but do appreciate that I received a communication that the work order was complete.

I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated. I didn't tour the apartment my niece did, but how we were treated after was nothing short of disrespectful. I will be employed full time by the state of Massachusetts starting June 30th. I sent a letter showing the offer but then was told to send a letter with "my hours" and pay rate. The pay rate I understand, but why ask for my hours. Our application was screened before we even completed it and was instantly denied because of my not my niece's, poor rental history that I'm in the process of clearing up. My niece called the person she was dealing with after explaining my past rent incident only to get ignored. She even sent an email, which was also ignored. So I decided to go online and discovered based on the real reviews we are better off, 3.9 out of 5 stars. Photos of disgusting hallway carpets and elevator floors and even another woman who was black like we are who was also ignored, an obvious pattern. I hope the person who showed my niece the apartment sees this. I understand there's certain rental criteria but to disrespect someone because of their past is unprofessional. I believe had it not been for the fake 5 star reviews, and the pathetic contest offering tenants a chance to enter a contest if they write a 5 star review, your rating will be much lower. I'll be more then happy to warn others and share my terrible experience.
