I would give highest marks to Jason Dunlop as he was fantastic at the services he has provided and the lengths he had went to get me the car that was best suited to me. There have then been a couple of faults with the car of no fault of his own and he has done the highest he can to provide me with replacements etc ensuring I am not left without.

Mrs Jeanette Philips, service is genuinely excellent. We, my wife and I are always welcomed with a cheery smile. Jeanette is smart, efficient, friendly, attentive and consistently gives service that encourages conditions that creates loyalty from customers at AUDI Ayr. Jeanette is an expert in her field and it shows at every visit. Mrs Jeanette Philips plans everything in advance, so that when we arrive for my car’s service all documentation is ready. Mrs Philips maintains regular contact with us especially if the car requires specific repairs when AUDI technicians have seen where repairs are necessary and when changes are strongly recommended before a problem arises. Paperwork and advice is clear and Mrs Philips communication is excellent. Ms Jeanette Phillips, is superb in giving customers the best quality of service demonstrating confidence and having a positive, cheery and efficient attitude they have earned trust from my wife and I. Please excuse me for forgetting other excellent members of Team AUDI ayr, receptionists Isabelle, + + +. , service staff in the showroom and the motor vehicle technicians, and of course good effective, productive managers. Also George Milton for giving me great advice on motor cars; my present car is superb.
