Didn’t seem to change anything about the procedure and I was told I did t have a service plan even though I had been paying it the whole time I had the car from purchase Car was booked in for 9.15am and it took till 1640hrs to get car back, which in my opinion is excessive for a service in comparison to other experiences I have had

The service advisor was excellent, she managed my expectations well and resolved my issue with minimal impact. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to a previous adviser not doing what she had advised was doing.
