Check in was quick. Good updates provided during service.

Car in for repair work on 4/7/24 via entended warranty. Great service from start to finish. Received a courtesy car that morning, my vehicle went in at 8.30am and was ready for collection at 3pm. Thanks to Isobel at reception, Jeanette Phillips at the service dept and Robin Henderson, buisness manager for looking after me.

Online check in was simple to use and hastened the vehicle drop of at the garage Staff pleasant and helpful. Online workshop tracker not updated after check in

Avoids unnecessary delay on telephone. The usual attentiveness of all the staff throughout the process.

Efficient and easy to use Service was great but there was a bit of a mix up at the end with keys hire car etc Isabel the receptionist was particularly helpfull all got sorted out and wont stop me using Ayr Audi again

I was told the car would be ready for collection in last week of June but due to work commitments I asked if I could collect in early July. I was told this was not possible since it was end of month and if I picked it up in July they would need to reprice the whole financial deal. I therefore had to take a days holiday to collect in June.

Sales manager phoned me saying immediately he had someone else interest in the car which completely turns me off immediately too. Sell the car to them no problem pal plenty more cars out there

I had a bother getting my seat back to my preferred position.
