I had a defect which was dealt with quickly and professionally albeit extremely expensive. Parts that were replaced in July 2021 at the Audi Ayr branch were highlighted as requiring replacement again at a cost of nearly £600 which is very disconcerting.

It was very easy to use and convenient that I could do it at home with minimal effort. My first call to the facility was to set up a booking for my car service. I was under the impression that I had a service plan in place. However, I was told I didn't have one in place for this car, and it was possibly one from my previous vehicle. However, when I asked for more details and information on how to resolve it, the staff member i was dealing with was borderline rude in his attitude. Nevertheless, the booking was made. On the day of my service, the lady who dealt with my appointment was friendly, helpful and professional. My car was serviced and returned to me well in advance of the time I had requested, so I was impressed with that.

Clear and succinct to use. It provided up to date information on the car’s progress through the garage. The car was booked in and expected. I received an online app which informed me of the car’s progress through the garage. I received a video of the car inspection by a named mechanic.

I live in a remote area and prefer to other dealerships because I have always been treated well and the staff go out of their way to expedite service so that I can get back to my home soonest. I have an ongoing inquiry for a lease vehicle and Ayr Audi came up with a proposal whilst my exisitng vehicle was being serviced.
