Handover was very good and detailed by sales executive but before driving away found a chip in the windscreen which is right in my eye line. Manager reviewed and expressed it was used vehicle and had passed the 145 check so nothing more could be done. This event at handover has left a very disappointing and slightly negative lasting legacy of my experience.
