Everything we could have done for ourselves was picked up by the sales team and handled for us. When we asked "has this.." or "will we have to.." , the answer came back "it's all being/been done for you" Brilliant !

I put in the requirements I needed of the service but when I came in on the day, some of them were not known about - what was the point? Car was serviced timeously, I was kept informed throughout and staff were friendly and helpful.

It was an absolutely brilliant experience. George Milton, my sales exec, was just superb throughout - friendly and engaging; helpful; humorous; hugely knowledgeable and he just made the whole interaction a pleasure... so much so that I didn't even notice I was spending money! He created a really effective customer-retailer relationship with his superb attention to detail and genuine customer orientation. Overall, I'd say he was truly awesome and welcomed me to the Audi family so well that since, I have wondered why I'd never bought an Audi before. I've driven VW for a *very* long time, so this was a huge change for me. I am more than comfortable with my choice to change from VW to Audi though :)
