I completed finance application over the phone several weeks ago, with no further communication. I then emailed personally to follow up on this as I still wanted to sell my car, and that email was ignored too.

The salesman was very knowledgable, very friendly and confident in speaking with us.We appreciated his time and will definitely be using Ayr Audi when the right colour of blue comes along!

Repeatedly contacted sales department requesting call back from sales agent I initially had contact with no call back was received.

My car was booked in on 28th. April Immediate action 6958 for an urgent safety recallReplacing driver airbag module which could cause fatal injuries when deployed.The car was delivered to Ayr Audi as instructed at 9am.When i went to collect my car I was told the job had not been done as the module had not been ordered.I now have to rebook my car in again as the urgent replacement part had not been orderedI am most disappointed with with the service supplied and will not be having further work done.

Purchased a used Audi A3. On first look around the car I noticed the spare wheel was missing and told the salesman. I collected the car 4 days later and still no spare wheel.Since then my wife and myself have phoned at least 6 times to ask when we might get a wheel. We have heard plenty of excuses and promises but still no wheel.Very disappointed.
