On the Day of Purchase, I was assured the Car would go through an extensive check, before handover but it turned out that I had to return the car with an annoying rattle. This was rectified two Weeks later under Warranty. ( apparently the back seats were not properly secured )

My preference going forward is to have more information in advance in relation to when my vehicle would be available for collection. Or be able to specific a specific slot.Instead, this time I had to chase for updates and when I did was informed that car had yet to be seen.

Very poor first visit. Salesperson failed to keep appointment and kept us waiting for over 30 minutes. We left without speaking to him. The manager called to apologise and invite us back. Very good service after that.
