The young lady at the desk when I went to book in my car, was an attractive, well spoken, smartly dressed, knowledgeable individual.She showed me to the waiting area, then asked if I would like a drink of tea or coffee. Which I declined. During the time I waited, ( just over 2 hours), the same young lady, approached another two times, and inquire if I needed any thing.When my vehicle was ready, a different young lady approached me to let me know my vehicle was in the parking area, and if I cared to follow her, she would escort me to my car, where she handed me my keys, along with the appropriate paper work, then bid me a safe journey.All in all a pleasant experience, on a wet , windy morning.
