When handing the vehicle over I was informed it would be the next day however most likely the day after that it would be looked at . After 6 days with no feedback I called to ascertain what the current prognosis/ timeline was .

Our attention from Jason, our salesman, was excellent. Everything was fully explained to us. As elderly customers the technology in cars nowadays can be a headache, our old Audi was 2013 and things have moved on considerably of course! Everything was patiently explained by Jason and any questions we had later about the car were swiftly dealt with by email. All in all we were happy with the service from Ayr Audi, from reception, workshop and particularly Jason. This is the third car we have bought frim Ayr Audi.

George who handled my enquiry was extremely helpful and spoke really in-depth about the car & what options I had with my trade in. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right time to buy but I will be back when I’m in the position to purchase.
