I had the car booked in for 8am and I dropped it off at that time. It should not take till 11:20 to receive the video stating additional work was required. One it reduces the chances of it getting fixed that day, like the last time, and it also lengthens my stay at the dealership as I reside 1.5hrs from Ayr.
