I would like to personally mention George Milton who provided us with exemplary service, communication and buying experience. We have the car that we really wanted and are very much enjoying it thanks to George, he is a credit to your business.Credit to the dealership for being dog-friendly too, welcoming our well behaved dog into the showroom was a big plus for us.

The service team at AUDI Ayr is truly superb. Gillian was the service person to help my wife and myself for this service and MOT. Service Manager Chris Armstrong and his team Sam, Gillian and Jeanette represent the very best of Lookers, they really create loyalty with customers. My wife and I cannot praise them too highly.Carol at reception always gives us a warm welcome.I was pleased to meet the supervisor/manager of the motor vehicle technicians (please excuse me for I have forgotten his name) he gave me confidence in his own and his team’s abilities . He was very reassuring, helpful and friendly.

Bit disappointed that because I haven’t returned earlier I will have to pay for fixing air con that has not worked since buying the car

Clive gave an excellent service from stepping into the showroom, we discussed different models and all options regarding finance and he gave all relevant information that I needed to make my decision. Once I decided to go ahead Clive kept me up to date with the build from ordering the car right through all stages of the process until the car was delivered to Ayr Audi.He even went further by delivering my space saver wheel which didn’t arrive with the car to my house when it arrived. This has been my second new Audi both times supplied by Clive. Overall an excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend to friends. From my last Audi to my new purchase Ayr Audi have always gave a first class customer service.

Poor customer service , no communication regarding vehicle for 5 days, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with car and that Audi wouldn’t pay for new parts when they couldn’t find the fault. How long did I want them to keep my car 3 weeks , 4weeks not to find a fault despite the Audi road assist mechanic advising the fault on a report that I gave to the dealership. Attitude from staff member handling our case was condescending and patronising. Disappointed because service is usually of a high standard. Understand that things can go wrong with cars but my confidence is now lacking due to this bad experience.
