The receptionist was very helpful regarding my booking in process and kept me fully updated on the progress of my car and made sure my courtesy vehicle was sitting ready on my arrival. Technician gave me a complete video covering the condition of my car and what he had done. First class service from the whole team. Keep up the good work

The sales executive was familiar with my needs as someone with a disability and helped make the correct choice of vehicle. I was given a thorough rundown regarding the vehicle and taken for a test drive. This is my 5th Audi purchased from Ayr Audi and my family and friends also deal with the dealership as you are made to feel a special customer and not just another punter !

The garage we bought from was too far to visit so all communication was by telephone, and video to view the motor. All I can say is the service we received, from the first enquiring phone call, to delivery was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything done to make the part exchange go smoothly. I would like to say a special thank you to Clive from Ayr Audi, who did everything he could to help us with this purchase.
