Car was serviced as per agreement and the dealership representative Jeanette was welcoming, kind and efficient, even recommending a place to go for coffee whilst our car was attended to.

I would just like to praise your main receptionist and Jeanette at the service reception in particular for the polite and welcoming manner they attended me with. Jeanette also made sure I was fully informed when my car was being serviced and the details of previous work and made special efforts to make my car available earlier so that I could pick my granddaughter up from school. Hopefully been highlighted already as per previous comments - I travelled a much further distance to this dealership than one much nearer my home. This was due to an extremely poor experience when I visited Braehead Audi and I will never visit there again. I had the complete opposite experience with Ayr Audi and I would definitely visit again over your Braehead branch

Everything and everyone was great and the offer of help due to repairs taking longer than expected meaning being without a car was appreciated. It was just unfortunate that when I expected my car back on the Friday night but I wasn't updated until the Saturday it meant I had no way of getting out over the weekend, no huge deal but just a quick call to let me know would have been helpful. My car was delivered back today (Monday) as promised.

Had to book 3/4 weeks in advance to get a slot - not ideal but ok for a service, far from ideal for a MOT or repair if needed.
