The sales executive was familiar with my needs as someone with a disability and helped make the correct choice of vehicle. I was given a thorough rundown regarding the vehicle and taken for a test drive. This is my 5th Audi purchased from Ayr Audi and my family and friends also deal with the dealership as you are made to feel a special customer and not just another punter !

The garage we bought from was too far to visit so all communication was by telephone, and video to view the motor. All I can say is the service we received, from the first enquiring phone call, to delivery was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything done to make the part exchange go smoothly. Fantastic service as always that's why I keep coming back. I always deal with George as nothing is too much trouble, he guided me through every stage of this purchase and the 7 previous ones. It was ideal to have the services covered without the need or my usual service plan.
