Much better than my previous visit December 2021. Receptionist was welcoming and hospitable, service agent was excellent very helpful and communication was first class. Repair completed and car valet was of high quality.

Prefer to contact the dealership direct rather than a central,point. Due to personal health issues the Service Manager took my car in the following day for which I will be eternally grateful. Car required a part to be supplied and fitted so the vehicle had to be retained until Tuesday. Repair not now to be completed until Wednesday. A call to say the return of the car would be delayed would have been helpful.
