I have called the dealership to say that I was not happy , and have been waiting now 3 days for a call back. I must add that I have been using Ayr Audi for years and this is the first time I have experienced this. As a returning customer this is not the service I have experienced in the past.

I feel I must add that Audi Ayr and, in particular, Patrick Murray provided the highest standard of customer service that I have had the pleasure to receive. My car is an automatic, when I collected the curtousy car it was a manual. This didn’t present any issues for myself, however my car has to be booked in again to have the fault rectified I will make sure that it’s an automatic.
