Yes. Failure of dealership to use new 3D Secure processing to request verification resulting in payment failing and my card being blocked several times. Each time, I had a lengthy call with M & S Bank security to unblock my card - very inconvenient.

Severe lack of courtesy vehicles,would have had to wait for a month to have the safety recall carried out and be given a courtesy car. Poor customer service from a premium car dealership.
