I had an appointment at 09.45 for an MOT. Before I arrived I was informed that the MOT was booked for 1.30 pm. As I had a previous engagement at that time I was disappointed that I wasn't given that time before I attended so I wasn't prepared. I had to find out about bus times to get me back home. I had to wait for an hour for the bus to arrive. I was given the result of the MOT test soon after my appointment started.If I had been informed of the Time of my MOT I could have made alternative arrangements. I know about the MOT time slots but my car didn't have to be in the garage for as long as it was.

It was quite frustrating that the day after I received the car from the showroom, I had to call out the AA. This meant my wife and I waiting in a dual carriageway lay by and wasting our afternoon. The problem was over filling of oil when car was prepared for delivery. Frustrating
