My arrangement was a 'Collect and Return'. From booking MOT and Service to receiving car back home all went extremely smoothly. Staff all very courteous and professional. Ayr Audi is a smart dealership.

We initially went to lookers in hamilton and the sales man never got back to us so I saw a car down in ayr it was a completely different experience . Our sales advisor George was very helpful and made our day a memorable one . My wife is delighted with her new car.

I have dealt with Audi at Ayr for some time now and I have always been delighted with the service. I just had an MOT last week so that was no problem at all and I have never had any problem with either the staff or the job. I wasn't looking to buy a car as I am very pleased with the one I got two years ago.

Lee Watson took to dealing with our purchase of our Q5 at Ayr Audi and could not of been more helpful. He only phoned when needed and did not push the hard sell. He was also at the end of the phone for us if we had any changes in our needs or preferences. Will definitely use Ayr Audi again and recommend both the dealership and Lee to family and friends.

I was just upset with the fact that with all the cars that I have had from dealerships and with all the money that had been spent, i have always been provided free of charge a kit to take care of my car im just upset that this wasnt offered to me along with my vehicle. The salesman Jason Dunlop , made me feel at ease no hard sell. The dealership was customer friendly, premises clean and safe. Intro to new vehicle controls was the best out of the last 5 salesmen from Audi, various dealerships. Well done Ayr.
