George was very good at explaining the process, gave me a good video of the vehicle as well, but having taken one for a test drive, I decided it wasn't the right car for me

This is an excellent branch with friendly professional staff,pity when booking initiallyyou cant do it direct with the branch as i often find the central booking experience far less friendly and personel than dealing with the branch itself.

Would be easier peace of mind if the group still done the temp insurance so you know your covered and explore options etcI would have considered them to take over my policy

The local Dealership Service Department under Chris Armstrong is good to deal with, however on this occasion they had to contact Audi with respect to the defect with the Engine. The advice from Audi was the reported noise was coming from the HP Fuel pump and was normal. I am not entirely convinced of this as the HP Fuel pump is mounted on the opposite side of the Engine from the reported noise.

The sales executive Patrick Murray was exceptionally helpful , he gave me assistance in the transfer of my registration number and met all the dates for completion of documentation, vehicle collection date, etc.Audi Ayr is a very professionally run vehicle showroom which I would certainly do business in the future.
