When checking the car in Janette was extremely helpful. Tried to organise a pick up in Ayr for me to collect the car.Unfortunately the main reason that we put the car in for was not carried out and I didn't realise till I got home!! Phoned Janette and she was not happy that the service engineer did not do it. Now I have to take the car back in - not good at all!
