Efficient service and collect and return service is invaluable.

Working in the motor industry myself I am sceptical anytime i walk into another garage however the service me and my partner received was outstanding! The whole experience was excellent!! Sparkling showroom. George Milton the salesman was a very busy man I noticed this as anytime we visited he was always with a customer but I must say he was never too busy to take my phone calls, emails or speak to me when I turned up with numerous questions.I have no doubt where I shall be buying my next car and who from!Thanks soo much Ayr Audi!!!!

The salesman George was excellent, knowledgable and very helpful. Unfortunately my partner preferred another option and that is why the deal could not be completed.

When I returned to collect my car I had to wait for a short time while the car was being washed when I picked it up it had not been washed.

We’ve just purchased a new BMW from our nearest dealer in another town. We really wanted to buy a new Audi from the dealership in Ayr, because it’s closer , they were genuinely interested in our custom and gave the impression would be a good option for ongoing servicing etc.We chose BMW because ultimately we preferred the car and felt we were getting more for our money both with regard to spec and service plans/ warranty/ breakdown cover etc.
