Friendly, helpful staff……enough said!!

Overall the experience was positive. The friendly sales adviser, Lee, worked hard to broker a deal that was acceptable to me. He answered all my questions openly and honestly and did what he could to give me the information I needed. Sadly, there's one negative and I accept that it is really my fault as I never asked the question, but I had expected the vehicle to include Sat Nav, as there is a control button on the infotainment console that refers to "Nav" and I had assumed this meant that Sat Nav was fitted. I only discovered that this wasn't the case after the deal was done, and I was advised that retro-fitting would be a very costly option. So, the purchasing was fine, though I feel slightly let down that my vehicle doesn't have a facility which pretty much every other vehicle I have driven of a similar age has fitted as standard.

Your representative, Stuart Bowman, couldn’t have been more helpful. He stayed in touch and bent over backwards to try to accommodate. Top class!
