AUDI Ayr have great staff: 14 September 2021 Mr Chris Armstrong Service manager and Mr Stuart Blue, motor vehicle technician were superb. Ms Gillian (sorry I forget her surnames) was the Service advisor who looked after me.again superb.We were also pleased to see Mr. George Milton (sales executive), Ms Sam Blair (service advisor) , Ms Jeannette Phillips (service advisor) are all superb.The people mentioned here truly represent the very best of AUDI. We certainly recommend friends and family go to Ayr AUDI because they will be met with staff who give customers time and their expertise ensuring the customer gets exactly what is best for them.

Clive Sinclair was friendly and extremly helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure . Clive answered all our questions thoroughly , and had total patience with us .I will certainly be back and would recommend Audi of Ayr to all my friends and family .

Over the years I have had a A6..Three A 4's., my recent contact with Ayr was to source a replacement for my existing A 4. whilst I have no complaints with the sales person dealing with my enquiry ( Scott Mitchell)I was disappointed with the cost of the new cars. This is my fourth consecutive Audi purchase from Ayr Audi. As always, I have been treated with courtesy and respect throughout the process. Three of these four purchases have been administered by Clive Sinclair, with whom I have built up a very good relationship built on trust. Clive has been excellent throughout once again and has guided me through the vehicle selection and finance options, keeping me well informed at each stage. All in all delighted with my new vehicle.

I had reservations about buying a car during COVID but Ayr Audi made process really simple and enjoyable

Mine was an unusual purchase as I saw the car on line and at Audi in Ayr but live hundreds of miles away. Scott was excellent and made all the arrangements by phone and e-mail. He provided me with 2 video tours of the vehicle so that I could have a better look and he explained the features. The car was transported by truck so that it retained its newness and original delivery mileage. Given the Covid restrictions, the arrangements were an excellent alternative as I couldn't visit the dealership. Many Thanks

All went smoothly

As my car was due for its annual service, this was going to be a problem for me. As the service centre is 30 + miles from my home, this would tale me approx. 45 mins to drive there, then wait for the car to be serviced, which could take 2 to 3 hours if everything was okay, then a 45 minute drive home, which meant that I could be away from home for over 4 hours. As my wife has had several small strokes, I explained this to a lady over the phone, she assured me there would not be a problem, as my car would be picked up from my home, then delivered back to me when it was serviced' This arrangement was a blessing to me, as I would have been very anxious about leaving my wife for that length of time. Also, I have received e mails from "LOOKERS" just to see if everything has been alright with the car. Thank You.
