Online check in was easy to use and saved time when dropping off car. The vehicle progress tracker and Audi cam are nice touches but lagged behind actual progress of the jobBooking and drop off process was simple and straightforward. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Jeanette who spent a lot of time explaining the various service plan options
