It was an absolutely brilliant experience. George Milton, my sales exec, was just superb throughout - friendly and engaging; helpful; humorous; hugely knowledgeable and he just made the whole interaction a pleasure... so much so that I didn't even notice I was spending money! He created a really effective customer-retailer relationship with his superb attention to detail and genuine customer orientation. Overall, I'd say he was truly awesome and welcomed me to the Audi family so well that since, I have wondered why I'd never bought an Audi before. I've driven VW for a *very* long time, so this was a huge change for me. I am more than comfortable with my choice to change from VW to Audi though :)
