I received a first class service. My car was booked in on a day that suited me and was ready that afternoon. It was also washed and valeted. The staff were excellent.In particular Jeanette was extremely helpful from the minute I left the car to collection - arranging transport to and from my house and keeping me informed of progress.

I had a defect which was dealt with quickly and professionally albeit extremely expensive. Parts that were replaced in July 2021 at the Audi Ayr branch were highlighted as requiring replacement again at a cost of nearly £600 which is very disconcerting.
