When I was first contacted by Ayr Audi, I was quite impressed. Some years ago I was the proud owner of an A3 which was unfortunately stolen. I then proceeded to go down the Q range. Given this opportunity to get my hands on a A3 again it excited me. Once I had seen what was on offer I was more excited. The cabin layout was very much more than the original and much more than I expected. Marc the salesperson was very accommodating and new all about the what and where for of the controls it didn’t take long for me to be convinced that this should be my next car.

From start to finish great.From Laura at reception to stepping back into my washed and hoovered car brilliant.Even the coffee was good.What’s not to like?Happened to meet one of the technicians who was really nice.

Good but personally I prefer dealing with people.There were a few issues with getting the correct parts delivered but this was handled well by the centre staff.

I think they have a great aftersales service.The staff are very efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service from start to finish, nothing was too much hassle, very helpful and informative showing us around the car and setting up the app etc.

Jason is exceptional, providing a quality service and giving ongoing advise and help with the purchase of our car.

Helpful staff, Cheryl kept me informed, advised me of new products to help me.
