It make's it nice and easy and you can see everything that is booked or to get done on you vehicle, its simple and doesn't takeup to much of your time, but its also nice that you have the option to phone or pop in to the shop if you neededFantastic service! Jeanette Phillips always gives us a warm welcome and make us feel special! Nothing is to much bother for her and is always happy to help, she keeps us informed of how our service is going which is always on time quoted by her. I was unable to book a warranty repair online since it only caters for services and eventually had to telephone.Warranty job was handled efficiently and on time. Car was returned looking immaculate after free valeting. In the past I have always felt that the personal touch was missing from the service department but Cheril Hamilton made me feel valuable as a customer and definitely gave a personal touch.
