Fine...some details, like being able to explain additional things to check, booking a drive home etc. not covered.Very good service. Happily provided a lift home for me, and a car wash. I did notice a new rattle from underneath the car (perhaps an undertray or something was not quite fitted back correctly?) and the inspection seems to have missed a blocked rear window washer. Fairly minor things but mentioned for feedback.

Made things a lot more efficient and faster . hassle free thanks to Jeanette.Car booked in at 8.30 am when I got in Jeanette in the service department arranged for me to have car back in about 3 hours kept me updated and text to let me know car was ready. It was very helpful and allowed me to get other things done . Again an excellent service and smooth operation as car was serviced and MOTD as well. Thanks to all at Ayr Audi. Regards Jim Paterson

The team at Ayr Audi are amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Jeanette Phillips whom I deal with every time I visit the centre. Jeanette always goes the extra mile for her customer to make sure they receive the best service possible. She should be awarded an achievement award.

Would’ve been 5 but communication could’ve been better. My car was an “all day” booking but I was told closing time was 5pm. I hadn’t received a call by 4.30 and live 30 mins away so left home anyway to make it in time. When I arrived the car was parked outside but my tracking, despite being refreshed, still stated in workshop.

My bookings for MOT and Service went smoothly and I could follow the progress step by step
