Simple process as I did not require any additional work to be carried out, so cannot comment if the process would be as easy if other work was required.After dropping off my car I received two phone calls to tell me I did not have a service agreement (which I did have). I finally received a text message which read "service agreement sorted". I would have at least expected an apology for the confusion. No issues with the servcie of my vehicle or the dealership staff.

It's an eay process to follow and provides you with a copy of the job sheet so you know hat work is being carried out.Firstly you price matched the tyres I needed and when I arrived at the centre Jeanette took care of me and nothing was a bother to her.

Fine...some details, like being able to explain additional things to check, booking a drive home etc. not covered.Very good service. Happily provided a lift home for me, and a car wash. I did notice a new rattle from underneath the car (perhaps an undertray or something was not quite fitted back correctly?) and the inspection seems to have missed a blocked rear window washer. Fairly minor things but mentioned for feedback.
