Happy with service from Audi. Only negative comment is that I received a text saying the car was ready for collection but when I arrived 40 minutes later to collect it, I still had to wait half an hour before it was ready.

Straight forward and easy to use.I was very impressed with the welcome I received at the Audi Ayr branch. Senior Advisor, Jeanette Phillips, made every effort to ensure that, having travelled for over 3 hours on the day, my car would be seen and the results reported back to me as soon as was possible. I was made comfortable and kept informed throughout my wait and Jeanette took the time to fully explain the process to me. She was super efficient in my view with a warm and friendly approach that instantly put me at my ease.

Appointment made when approached by Audi representative to say service was due. Appointment confirmed by email. Reminder email received to confirm attendance which was completed but also got a phone call asking me to confirm attendance after it had been confirmed online as was requested.Appointment for car service made easily & was completed within advised timescales.
