Appointment made when approached by Audi representative to say service was due. Appointment confirmed by email. Reminder email received to confirm attendance which was completed but also got a phone call asking me to confirm attendance after it had been confirmed online as was requested.Appointment for car service made easily & was completed within advised timescales.

I couldn’t book the appointment on line so I telephoned instead, but the day before my car went into the garage I did the booking in online with no problems.Staff are very helpful and friendly
