i live in the Manchester area. I travelled to Ayr Audi to collect the car which could have been at some risk as I had bought the car online. I need not have worried. The handover was excellent and handled by Michael Yandell in a friendly, expert and professional manner. In particular I would like to commend Michael for the outstanding way he dealt with the acquisition of the car, his patience, and his enthusiastic approach. Well done, Michael. Also, I was impressed by the sales manager, who made sure I was happy with the car and the experience I had with Ayr Audi.

Customer Adviser was very pleasant and kept me fully informed of progress and what needed to be done. She looked into a warranty claim on my behalf and called me later the same day to advise me of the outcome. Waiting area clean and tidy and coffee offered.
