All the people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. The video from the technician who worked on my car was easy to understand. All documentation & invoice on-point. I'd be happy to recommend Ayr Audi and the staff there to any friends/family/colleagues.

The business looked active, reception and sales staff were attentive. Our requirements to see models were well met and a demonstration car was made available. All very business like, not rushed or sidetracked into time wasting discussions. Brittany and the sales manager were very helpful. Part exchange values were readily made available without a series of unknowns. For us the customers, it was a really perfect introduction to Audi sales. The only reason that Audi did not gain the sale was that our requirements in car size, modernity and specification was not available for a petrol car and we did not wish to go electric! Overall it was just an excellent experience, maybe Audi next time !

George Milton handled everything in his usual very capable and efficient manner. He explained any queries that we had very clearly thus making the process very straightforward.
