Customer service from Laura was first class. She acknowledged that I required my vehicle ASAP back from having its MOT even though I unfortunately didn't have a Waiting Appointment. I couldn't have asked for it to be carried out any quicker. I also had my vehicle washed and hoovered. I can honestly say my car was spotless both in and outside. The rubber mats had also been washed clean. To top it off the car smelt lovely. Going over and beyond the duties required are rare these days. What an incredible customer experience!!

i live in the Manchester area. I travelled to Ayr Audi to collect the car which could have been at some risk as I had bought the car online. I need not have worried. The handover was excellent and handled by Michael Yandell in a friendly, expert and professional manner. In particular I would like to commend Michael for the outstanding way he dealt with the acquisition of the car, his patience, and his enthusiastic approach. Well done, Michael. Also, I was impressed by the sales manager, who made sure I was happy with the car and the experience I had with Ayr Audi.
