Straight forward to use and complete check in.Everything went smoothly from arrival until departure. Customer Adviser was very pleasant and kept me fully informed of progress and what needed to be done. She looked into a warranty claim on my behalf and called me later the same day to advise me of the outcome. Waiting area clean and tidy and coffee offered.
