Very welcoming at reception and car was washed as well which was a nice touch.

The staff were very attentive and professional and made the transition of the vehicle very easy.

Karen excellent as always. Car clean, and hopefully technical issue finally resolved. Complimentary vehicle check very professionally presented, but I do object to being "sold" 4 tyres when they are all 2mm above permitted level.

I was very impressed with the level of attention I received during my recent visit to the Ayr Audi garage. My car was in for a service and as a motability customer I was unable to leave the car and go home. I was advised the service could take up to 3 hours but that the service included the car being washed. I was shown to a choice of seated areas where I could wait and I was offered refreshments. Whilst waiting I encountered various staff members including receptionist, service staff, cleaner, window cleaner and sales staff and all without fail smiled, said hello and acknowledged my presence. After approx 2.5 hours my car was fully serviced and washed to a very high standard. Excellent overall experience.

I phoned twice asking for an update on my car status, nobody returned my call. It wasn’t until my third call that I received an update. It wouldn’t normally bother me however I had an appointment to take my daughter to.
