My car wasn’t due a service. This wasn’t checked during the whole booking process.I received an excellent service. All Audi staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything went well but I was told when I booked my car in that collect and deliver was not available which meant I wasted an afternoon in your showroom waiting on my car because you now will only go 20 miles to offer this service.
