George Milton made the handover very easy for me. The car was ready in the forecourt just to be driven away. Excellent service

The service staff were great to deal with and the communications throughout the day kept me informed of the cars progress.

I was very impressed with the level of attention I received during my recent visit to the Ayr Audi garage. My car was in for a service and as a motability customer I was unable to leave the car and go home. I was advised the service could take up to 3 hours but that the service included the car being washed. I was shown to a choice of seated areas where I could wait and I was offered refreshments. Whilst waiting I encountered various staff members including receptionist, service staff, cleaner, window cleaner and sales staff and all without fail smiled, said hello and acknowledged my presence. After approx 2.5 hours my car was fully serviced and washed to a very high standard. Excellent overall experience.

I phoned twice asking for an update on my car status, nobody returned my call. It wasn’t until my third call that I received an update. It wouldn’t normally bother me however I had an appointment to take my daughter to.

Everything was fine - no problems. The only thing I would change was the smell of the interior cleaner - pretty overpowering and not the most enjoyable scent!Service completed within the 2 hour slot.
