Work carried out to a high standard. I just wish I had bought the car from Ayr rather than Edinburgh Audi. Brakes should not be needing replaced after 3 days of ownership. Especially if they had been properly checked prior to purchase. Ayr sorted it all out for me. Thanks.

Easy to understandU keep me informed from start to finish

Wry easy to use and saves me making a phone call which could have taken up far more of my time.All staff get a 5 out of 5 from me. Very nice people. Sadly an ongoing issue with our Etron mirrors steaming inside the camera itself cannot be resolved which is very disappointing. They randomly steam up inside to the point I can’t use them which seems a bit ridiculous and dangerous. I hope this design flaw can be rectified for others. Very off putting.

Firstly let me start by saying I live in Durham which is three and a half hours away from Ayr where I bought my car. I saw the vehicle on the Audi Webb site and made contact with the garage direct and spoke to Michael Yandell. I spoke to Michael over the space of a week and had lots of questions due to the fact I was buying the vehicle bind, without seeing it first. Michael was fantastic from start to finish, friendly helpful professional with a can do attitude and nothing was an issue.Due to Michael meticulous eye for detail I was able to buy the car with a small window of opportunity, Michael moved his calendar around to facilitate this.I have purchased numerous cars from Audi over the last 20 years because I love the brand, that being said this was definitely the best experience of buying a car from Audi because of Michael Yandell. So much so I would definitely make the three and half hour journey again to Ayr to buy my next car.In my opinion Michael’s customer service and professionalism was second to none and the bench mark of how the sales team should work. Credit where credit is due, Michael is a class act and it was a pleasure to meet him.
