I checked in on line as requested by email the day prior to my appointment and then had to physically check in again when I arrived to drop the car off. The Tea did not appear to know that I had already checked in on line. Tech issues again.Re Car Service / MOT appointment. As I advised the Ayr Audi Team Memeber when she rang following up my visit, the service that I received from the Team was what I would expect - good. My only comment was that the communication of information using different media was inconsistent. I received the Audi Cam on email, I received the authorisation on text etc. My preference would be to receive comms on the same media for consistency.
