Not sure which ‘score’ is referred to here but the reasons for my overall score were explained at the start of the survey. The service given couldn’t have been better in my opinion.Very happy with my recent visit. I was looked after excellently by Laura McNaughton, the service was carried out quickly and efficiently and the car was even returned to me an hour earlier than the time I had requested.

Always first class service, staff are amazing I have served my last 3 cars here over 12 years only ever had one issue previously which staff resolver immediately

It is not clear what difference it made to the general booking-in process when I used the online check-in. Is it supposed to speed-up the admin of the servicing process?Friendly staff. Could have speeded up time in workshop. Over 2 hrs to change oil and brake fluid plus software checks.

We were made to feel welcome, our needs were listened to and our options explained clearly, we were given further options that we hadn't considered. Although we weren't able to take up the offers this time we will certainly return in the future.

Easy and quick approach to confirming work to be carried out and to confirm time if booking.Mr. Robin Henderson the Head of Business went above and beyond to look after me. He was very courteous, professional and informative on the issues of my car. He investigated and explained various options to move forward with repairing the car but at the same was very compassionate knowing we had recently experienced the loss of my Father. This was very much appreciated!

Original date with service dept was cancelled due to not enough mechanics being available that week. Rescheduling mean't either a 6 week wait to have a courtesy car or 2.5 weeks otherwise, so settled on collect/delivery.

Really well organised and even in a weatherproof room to accommodate the Scottish weather!!
