Due to the simplicity of using on line and the communication back to self once completedService assistant was waiting on my arrival with all relevent paperwork. True to her word she called me when car was ready to be picked up.When I picked car up Jeanette again was ready with paper work and took me out to my car.

The staff and after sales are fantastic. Nothing is a bother to them. The staff take a genuine interest in you as a equal. Nothing is a bother to them and they are always smiling. It's like 1 big happy family. I just think they are fantastic.

Not sure which ‘score’ is referred to here but the reasons for my overall score were explained at the start of the survey. The service given couldn’t have been better in my opinion.Very happy with my recent visit. I was looked after excellently by Laura McNaughton, the service was carried out quickly and efficiently and the car was even returned to me an hour earlier than the time I had requested.

Always first class service, staff are amazing I have served my last 3 cars here over 12 years only ever had one issue previously which staff resolver immediately

It is not clear what difference it made to the general booking-in process when I used the online check-in. Is it supposed to speed-up the admin of the servicing process?Friendly staff. Could have speeded up time in workshop. Over 2 hrs to change oil and brake fluid plus software checks.
