Refused to replace or compensate for unsafe tyres - Audi UK bailed them outArranged purchase of a three year old Q3 from Audi Ayr on behalf of my elderly father. All four tyres were heavily cracked and deteriorated. Refused to help out with cost of replacement claiming the MOT garage had stated tyres were ok, process followed etc etc. Obvious to any non-mechanic the tyres were unsafe and required immediate replacement, and obvious Audi Ayr's profit margin more important than my father's safety. Audi UK had to step in and kindly provided compensation. Avoid Audi Ayr.
