The handover was excellent. All questions were answered and your Sales Executive George Milton was friendly, helpful and a complete professional. Staff at Ayr Audi welcomed us warmly.

Service reception had to be reminded that I had booked a courtesy car. Alough my car was ready the same day, as I was told a mechanic stayed on to finish the job, I wasn't advised the car was ready until 10 mins before the garage was due to close, so I would not able to collect the car until the next day.

I was informed due to the fact I took car to a local garage for diagnostic test the technician at Ayr said they were unable to diagnose the problem as the earlier diagnostics had erased my car problem!?I asked for automatic dipper of headlights to be looked at as it was not working.I was informed it was working. It’s is NOT working. I was driving in the dark later that night and automation was not available.I was not charged for visit to Audi Ayr

Due to the rural location of where I live, when I come with my car I have to stay while it is being looked at etc. This can mean a very long wait. The staff at Ayr Audi were really kind, looked after me and made sure I had a space to work, plenty of tea and coffee, and the lady who I was dealing with tried to get my car looked at as quickly as she could. I was then returned the car after it had been cleaned both on the inside and the outside, and it looked amazing. Thank you!

The online system was inaccurate as dicusssed with the phone operative and it outlined that a) a mot was perhaps due - it wasn’t ! And b) I didn’t want a replacement car whilst mine was in the workshop - wrong !!! I was told there weren’t any cars available.Actually Jeanette (AYR) arranged for one as AYR had no part available, so has to order one in. I was surprised bearing in mind Lookers had ONE month’s notice prior to the vehicle arriving re the NOX orange light being illuminated……..With an Audi orange NOX light shining brightly my car had to come into Ayr for remedy, under warranty: Jeanette’s attention, along with Karen, made the journey so much less frustrating than it actually was. Well done Jeanette!!
