He was very courteous, professional and informative on the issues of my car. He investigated and explained various options to move forward with repairing the car but at the same was very compassionate knowing we had recently experienced the loss of my Father. Original date with service dept was cancelled due to not enough mechanics being available that week. Rescheduling mean't either a 6 week wait to have a courtesy car or 2.5 weeks otherwise, so settled on collect/delivery.
