The handover was very good, Michael took the time to show us around the vehicle and explain various functions to us as this is our first Audi. He was patient and professional at all times and we felt very informed.

The online booking system was easy to use and helped the service advisor.Seen quickly and problem identified by service advisor Jeanette Phillips. However phone system is not working. Could not get through to Ayr Audi on several occasions.

Audi online system was very easy to use & pain free.Using the Ayr facility was good, with friendly staff, Jeanette (Service Advisor) kept me updated with my car. Sat with my coffee and Carmel wafer & the short time I was there passed quickly.
