As an older customer and not up on the latest tech I still found checking in online easy and simple.My car was in to get warranty work done. I had checked in online and it was easy and simple to hand my car over to get the work done. The service advisor Laura McNaughton was clear and concise explaining what would happen to my car. I was offered tea or coffee and as I had a waiting appointment was shown where to wait. This is the 4th car I have bought from AyrAudi and the aftercare is second to none.

Easy to use, however would benefit from a more established booking system as it wasn't clear how bookings were to be made by an individual like me who already had a service plan.Great service from all I encountered.

Filled in details s requested, including lengthy note of problem I had experiences eith internal dispay and got messgae back error ocurred. I did not see that I should waste my time trying to do again.On-line booking system did not work for me. Difficult to get hold of service adviser.
